The Publisher

White Knights Publishing is a new company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Directors are chef, food writer, food stylist and photographer Genevieve Knights and husband Wayne, who is a web and graphic designer.

Following on from scones, pavlova is the second cook book in a baking series.

Our goal is to produce high quality publications at competitive retail prices by utilising our combined skills of food styling, photography and design.
